Bizdepot Miami gives you 30 days from the day you bought something to ask for a refund or exchange. If more than 30 days have gone by, we can’t give you your money back or exchange your item.
Rules for Returning Something:
- Your item must not have been used and should be just like when you got it, including being in its original box.
- We can’t take back certain things like batteries, lubricants, personal or clean products, dangerous materials, or anything that can catch fire or explode.
- We also don’t accept returns for gift cards or digital software.
- You need to show us a receipt or some proof that you bought the item from us.
Partial Refunds:
You might only get part of your money back if:
- The item isn’t how you received it, is broken, or has parts missing, and it’s not our fault.
- You return the item over 30 days after you got it.
About Refunds:
- Once we get your item back and check it out, we’ll email you to let you know if your refund is approved.
- If it is, we’ll put the refund back on your credit card or whatever payment method you used, usually within a few days.
If You’re Waiting on a Refund:
- Check your bank account again if you haven’t seen the refund yet.
- Talk to your credit card company; it might take a while before they show you your refund.
- Next, check with your bank, as they might also take some time to process it.

Sale Items:
Only items bought at their regular price can be refunded, not items bought on sale.
Exchanges:
We only exchange items if they are broken or damaged. If you need a replacement, email us at admin@bizdepotmiami.com.
Gifts:
If you received an item as a gift and it was sent directly to you, you’ll get a gift credit for the return. If the gift wasn’t marked as a gift or the person who gave it to you had it sent to themselves to give to you later, we’ll refund the person who bought it.
Sending Items Back:
- Mail your product back to our warehouse as we’ve instructed.
- You have to pay for the shipping costs when returning your item. If you get a refund, the cost of sending the item back gets taken out of your refund.
- The time it takes for an exchanged product to get to you can vary depending on where you live.
- Consider using a trackable shipping service or buy shipping insurance for expensive items because we can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
